Beerenberg - Japanese Beef Curry Slow Cook Sauce [240ml]
Add some international style to your slow cooker meals with our new Japanese Beef Curry slow cooker meal base.
Meal Base Ingredients:
Onion, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Tomato, Herbs and Spices, Vinegar, Apple, Canola Oil, Soy Sauce (Soybeans, Wheat), Cornflour, Honey, Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Garlic.
Just Add: [Serves 4-6 Pax]
1kg Diced Beef
1 Diced Brown Onion
2 Diced Potatoes
2 Diced Carrots
500ml Apple Juice
2tsp Cornflour
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan.
2. Brown beef & onion, add to slow cooker with potatoes, carrots and Beerenberg curry jar contents. Rinse jar with apple juice and stir.
3. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 10 hours.
4. Mix cornflour with 1/4 cup cup of cold water. Stir through curry & cook for 10 minutes.
5. Serve with steam rice.
