Tasting Notes: Greenish yellow colour, with aromas of fresh cut leaves and grass. It presents an intense fresh fruit flavour, with some notes of almond and ends with a slight bitter & spicy finish that is characteristic of a top quality extra virgin olive oil.

Olive Varietal: Cordovil (60%), Galega (30%), Verdeal (10%) Processed naturally by cold pressing within a few hours after harvest.

This olive oil of superior quality is extracted in the mill of Herdade dos Coteis, situated in the heart of Baixo Alentejo, revealing the excellent characteristics of the olive varieties grown in its groves. The velvety softness of the Galician variety and the fine qualities of the Verdeal and Cordovil varieties blend together in an exceptional harmony.
