Snap frozen to lock in freshness.

Thawing Instructions: Thaw in the chiller overnight.

Cooking instructions:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 220° Celsius.

2. Take out the Beef Wellington from packaging and place into the oven with the parchment paper and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes.
