Why brine turkey?
Our in house made brine contains just the right amount of salt and aromatics to flavour the turkey and help break down some of the turkey's proteins, making it more tender & juicy once cooked. 

Turkey weights listed are frozen. Expect approximately 10% reduction in weight once thawed.
