Australian Steggles Turkeys are raised in large barns and are free from any added hormones. 

The turkeys are fed a balanced diet comprised mostly of corn, soybean meal, minerals and vitamins. Fresh water is available at all times.

Why brine turkey?
Our in house made brine contains just the right amount of salt and aromatics to flavour the turkey and help break down some of the turkey's proteins, making it more tender & juicy once cooked. 
Note: May contain traces of herbs used in brine.
