Return Policy

Butcher Box will only accept return or exchange product if has met the below requirements:

o             Tampered products.

o             Below required temperature.

o             Spoiled items.

Returned goods must:

o             be in its original packaging,

o             retain its original label,

o             be kept in its intended proper storage condition (chilled/frozen)

Butcher Box SG has the right to decline returns if the above requirements are not met.

We can only accept refund or return within 24hours from the time of delivery. As we offer perishable products we cannot accommodate any issues later than that.

Cancellation Policy

For any cancellation orders, kindly email sales@butcherbox.com.sg 48 hours prior to your expected delivery date.

The refund process will take up to 3 working days. For full refund request will incur a 3% bank fee charges.

Please note that there will be No Cancellation allowed if your order has been prepared.
