Delivery days
Home delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not available on Sunday or Public Holidays. Placement of orders by 3.00pm are available for delivery the next working day.

Customers have the option to choose two delivery timeslots:
9.00am - 2.00pm
2.00pm - 6.00pm

Please note that for orders to office buildings in the CBD, additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery location is difficult to access. Parking availability should be discussed with The Butcher Box to avoid additional costs.
CANCELLATIONS
Please take note that we can only accept at least 2 working days in advance notice with regards to cancelling the order. Any cancellation will incur a bank fee of 3%.
Due to perishable items, we are not able to accommodate a 24 hours cancellation notice and will then be fully charged and advise to freeze the whole order and arrange for a change of delivery/pick-up date.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERIES
Please ensure that there is someone available to accept the order during the specified delivery time, as due to the perishable nature of our product we are unable to leave the product.
In the instance that no one is at home to accept the order, a re-delivery fee of $20.00 may be charged. Please note our delivery driver is only available to wait a maximum of 10 minutes for your arrival.
Kindly check goods once received and notify us within 24 hours for any issue or missing item.
