Fresh Zesty Fried Cajun Fish Tacos

These vibrant tacos are packed with bold Cajun-spiced fish, fresh veggies, and zesty toppings. A fun and flavourful meal that’s great for casual gatherings or a quick weeknight treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 fish fillets [ling, blue cod, red cod, snapper, barramundi]

  • Farrah's Taco Kit

  • Lime Juice

  • Mesclun salad

  • Sliced avocado

  • Red onion


Instructions:

  1. Rub fish with spice mix seasoning [comes with Farrah's kit] and olive oil.

  2. Pan-sear for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.

  3. Warm tortillas. Break fish into chunks.

  4. Assemble tacos with mesclun salad, red onion, fish, avocado, and a drizzle the chipotle & Lime Mayo [comes with Farrah's kit] .


  5. Serve with lime wedges.


Tips for the Best Fish Tacos
