Shallow Pan fry
- Thaw in chiller overnight if required
- Coat the pan in Approx 5-10mm or more of cooking oil and preheat to a medium heat for 5minutes.
- Add the chicken schnitzel to the pan and cook for approximately 6 minutes turning halfway, the crumbs should be turning a nice golden brown.
- Let rest on paper towel to absorb excess oil for 3 minutes.
