How to cook chicken kiev/schnitzel/cordon bleu/mignon

Cooking Instructions for chicken Kiev & Cordon Bleu

Oven Baking

  • Thaw in chiller overnight if required
  • Lightly Coat the crumbs in cooking oil and preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10minutes.
  • Add to the tray and cook for approximately 18-20 minutes turning over halfway.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy! 
    (Safe internal temperature for cooked Poultry is 74degrees Celsius).

Air fryer

  • Thaw in chiller overnight if required
  • Preheat Air fryer to 180 degrees for 5minutes.
  • Add to the tray and cook for approximately 15 minutes turning over halfway
  • Let rest for 3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy! 
    (Safe internal temperature for cooked Poultry is 74degrees Celsius)


                       Cooking Instructions for Chicken Schnitzel

Oven Baking

  • Thaw in chiller overnight if required
  • Lightly coat the crumbs in cooking oil and preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10minutes.
  • Add to the tray and cook for approximately 12 minutes turning halfway, the crumbs should be turning a nice golden brown.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
    (Safe internal temperature for cooked Poultry is 74degrees Celsius).

Shallow Pan fry

  • Thaw in chiller overnight if required
  • Coat the pan in Approx 5-10mm or more of cooking oil and preheat to a medium heat for 5minutes.
  • Add the chicken schnitzel to the pan and cook for approximately 6 minutes turning halfway, the crumbs should be turning a nice golden brown.
  • Let rest on paper towel to absorb excess oil for 3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  • Cook schnitzel for approximately 10 minutes turning halfway

    • Lightly coat the cooking tray in cooking oil and preheat oven to 200 degrees for 10minutes.
    • Add the chicken mignon to the tray and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
    • Let rest for 3 minutes.
    • Serve and enjoy!
