Cooking Instructions
Oven baking

Coat the cooking tray in cooking oil and preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10minutes.

Add the Pork schnitzel to the tray (there should be a nice sizzle on contact and throughout cooking process).

Cook schnitzel for approximately 12 minutes turning halfway, the crumbs should be turning a nice golden brown.

Let rest for 3 minutes.

Serve and enjoy
(Safe internal temperature for cooked Pork is 68degrees Celsius).
Shallow Pan fry

Coat the pan in Approx 5mm or more of cooking oil and preheat to a medium heat for 5minutes.

Add the Pork schnitzel to the pan (there should be a nice sizzle on contact and throughout cooking process).

Cook schnitzel for approximately 6 minutes turning halfway, the crumbs should be turning a nice golden brown.

Let rest on paper towel to absorb excess oil for 3 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

Air fryer

Preheat Air fryer to 180 degrees for 5minutes.

Add the Pork schnitzel to the tray

Cook schnitzel for approximately 10 minutes turning halfway

Let rest for 3 minutes.
