How to cook shaslicks/kebabs

 

BBQ

1) Pre heat BBQ to medium high.

2) Remove product from packaging and coat in some cooking oil (this will also help the marinade not stick if marinated).

3) Place on BBQ with the wooden stick closest to the edge to help prevent burning the sticks off.

4) Cook for 9 minutes turning every 3 minutes.

5) Remove from BBQ and rest for 3 mins.

6) Serve and enjoy.

Oven

1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius with the cooking tray inside.

2) Remove product from packaging and coat in some cooking oil (this will also help the marinade not stick if marinated).

3) Place on cooking tray and cook for 12 minutes turning once at the 6minute mark.

4) Remove from oven and rest for 3 minutes.

5) Serve and enjoy.
