1kg diced blade steak
1 sliced green capsicum
1 sliced brown onion
1 stick sliced celery
1 diced carrot
1 tin diced tomatoes (400g)
2 diced potatoes
1 jar Beerenberg Slow Cooker Hungarian Beef Goulash 240ml

DIRECTIONS:
1. Follow these easy steps:
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
3. Brown beef and onion before adding to slow cooker with remaining ingredients, including the contents of this jar.
4. Stir to combine
5. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
6. Serve with crusty bread, mashed potato, pasta or rice and top with sour cream and flat leaf parsley.
