World class small sardines from the Rías Baixas in Galicia. Hand canned preserved food, one by one, guarantee for a unique gastronomic experience which bring to life hundreds of years old processes.

Traditional and sustainable fishing art since the 15th century (there are currently 425 boats in Galicia), it takes place at evening and sunrise. The fisherman removes each sardine caught in the net, still alive, maintaining its freshness and quality until it is processed. Its aging in the can improves its flavor and texture, which is why we have waited 8 months from its manufacture to present it.

While we love eating these small sardines straight from the tin, you can also garnish them with onions or tomato on toasted bread, or add them to a sandwich with other desired ingredients. Their flavor profile is very versatile---not to mention, sardines are packed with vitamins and minerals.
