Artisan-baked to perfection, this hearty sourdough loaf is crafted using traditional wood-fired methods for a deep, rustic flavour and crisp golden crust. Made with a blend of rye and wholemeal flours, it delivers a wholesome texture and naturally tangy aroma that sourdough lovers crave.

Vegan-friendly and baked whole not sold in slices,  this 1kg loaf is perfect for sharing, serving with cheeses, or pairing with your favourite hearty soups and spreads.

Contains: Rye, Wholemeal Flour, and Gluten.

Snap frozen to lock in freshness.

Thawing Instructions:

  1. Remove from freezer and leave the loaf in its packaging at room temperature for 3–4 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. Once fully thawed, unwrap and reheat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes to restore its crisp crust and fresh-baked aroma.

  3. Allow to cool slightly before slicing or serving.

Storage Tip: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Best consumed within 2 days for optimal freshness.
