Carême Premium Fillo Pastry is made in the traditional way with just flour and water. Because it is not a fat-based pastry, it is a lighter and healthier option for all kinds of sweet and savoury baking. The sheets bake up paper-thin, crisp and flaky, and you can control the richness by brushing with butter or oil between the layers. Butter gives the best flavour.
