COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw in the chiller overnight.

Oven:
1. Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil
2. Pre-heat oven to 200°C for 10 minutes, then cook the chicken for 20 minutes

Air fryer:
1. Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil
2. Set the temperature to 180°C and cook the chicken for 18 minutes
