COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Oven:
1. Lightly coat the pork with olive oil
2. Pre-heat oven to 200°C for 10 minutes
3. Cook for 18-20mins
4. Drizzle the excess melted garlic butter over the cooked pork
5. Serve with vegetables or mashed potatoes
