Steggles Australian Turkeys are raised in large barns and are free from any added hormones. 
The turkeys are already cleaned and come without neck & giblets

Turkey weights listed are frozen. Expect approximately 5% reduction in weight once thawed.

Why brine turkey?
Our in house made brine contains just the right amount of salt and aromatics to flavour the turkey and help break down some of the turkey's proteins, making it more tender & juicy once cooked.
