Ingredients: 
Fresh Thyme Leaves, Black Peppercorns, Bell Pepper, Chili Padi, Red Chili, Fresh Garlic, Brown Sugar, Brown onion, Soy Sauce, Sliced Ginger, Spring Onion, Vegetable Oil, Lime, Salt, Paprika

 Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place chicken pieces and all sauce from the bag into a baking dish in a single layer.

2. Bake 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 74°C internal, turning and basting halfway.

3. (Optional) Ensure sauce is bubbling hot, then serve chicken over rice and spoon the hot pan sauce over the top.
