King Island Dairy - Black Label 2 Year Aged Cheddar [120-140g]

King island Black Label Cheddar is true vintage cheddar, aged for a minimum of 2 years. Its flavour is savoury with bite, yet it offers the suggestion of fruit - which the cheesemakers liken to pineapple. This cheddar has a rocky crumble to its texture - a sign of a great aged cheddar.

It is sealed in its signature black wax and then aged for a minimum of 2 years, and it has a lovely crunch from calcium lactate crystals that form during the long maturation.
