Roaring Forties is a full flavoured Roquefort-style blue cheese with a rich mouthfeel and sweet, slightly fruity character. The unique flavour is developed during its second phase of maturation which occurs under its distinct blue wax coating.

A favourite amongst connoisseurs of blue cheese, this cheese continues to win awards in both Australia and internationally.

This cheese is named after the ‘Roaring Forties”, the infamous 40° latitude westerly gale force winds that frequent the Bass Strait and King Island.
