Stokes Point Smoked Cheddar is matured for a minimum of 9 months and then naturally wood smoked using a blend of Australian hardwood to impart a deep smoky aroma and flavour tones, balanced perfectly with its creamy cheddar centre.

Named after the Southernmost point of King Island, King Island Dairy have been using the same hardwood blend of woodchips for over 30 years.
