King Island Dairy - Surprise Bay Cheddar [170g]

A full-flavoured cheddar with a slight crumbly characteristic, Surprise Bay Cheddar is matured for a minimum of twelve months to ensure an aged flavour is developed.

Drawing on history, cheddar cheese has been made here on King Island since the 1920s.

This cheese is named after ‘Surprise Bay” – a sheltered location and pristine beach nestled in the rugged southwestern coastline of King Island.
