Ingredients:
White Pyrenees Lamb loin, Sea salt, Finely diced garlic, Fresh rosemary, Lemon zest, Toasted fennel, Black pepper

Roast at 180°C for 15-18 minutes until 50°C internal temp, rest 5 minutes, then serve with mashed potato and gravy.
