Natural Hog Casing

Natural hog casing suitable for thick sausages, approximately 26-28mm diameter.

One tube of hog casing can make approximately 4-5kg of sausage.

Soak in cold water and clean off the salt for at least one hour before use, any unused casing can be re-salted, vacuum packed and refridgerated for future use.
