Natural Sheep Casing

Natural sheep casing suitable for thin sausages, approximately 22-24mm diameter.

One tube of sheep casing can make approximately 4-5kg of sausage.

Soak in water for at least one hour before use, any unused casing can be re-salted, vacuum packed and refridgerated for future use.
