Premium 13mm straight cut fries made from 100% New Zealand potatoes grown in the mineral-rich soils of the Canterbury Plains. These fries cook up golden, crunchy and consistently even in size for reliable results every time. No artificial flavours or colours.
Ingredients:
Potato, Vegetable Oil (Canola), Mineral Salt (450), Dextrose.
Cooking Instructions:
Cook from frozen - do not thaw. Times will vary by oven. Monitor closely in the final minutes to avoid over-cooking.
Oven Bake
* Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F)
* Spread fries in a single layer on a tray, centre of oven
* Bake 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally until golden
* For extra crispness, leave the oven door slightly ajar for the final 5 minutes
Fan Bake
* Preheat oven to 210°C (410°F)
* Spread fries in a single layer
* Bake for approx. 20 minutes, turning occasionally until golden
