Coated with gluten free bread crumbs. Perfect for pan frying or oven cooking, serve with your favourite side dish.

Cooking instructions

Oven baking

  • Coat the cooking tray in cooking oil and preheat oven to 180 degrees for 10minutes.

  • Add the Pork schnitzel to the tray (there should be a nice sizzle on contact and throughout cooking process).

  • Cook schnitzel for approximately 12 minutes turning halfway, the crumbs should be turning a nice golden brown.

  •  Let rest for 3 minutes.

  • Serve and enjoy
    (Safe internal temperature for cooked Pork is 68degrees Celsius).

Shallow Pan fry

  • Coat the pan in Approx 5mm or more of cooking oil and preheat to a medium heat for 5minutes.

  • Add the Pork schnitzel to the pan (there should be a nice sizzle on contact and throughout cooking process).

  • Cook schnitzel for approximately 6 minutes turning halfway, the crumbs should be turning a nice golden brown.

  • Let rest on paper towel to absorb excess oil for 3 minutes.

  • Serve and enjoy!
    (Safe internal temperature for cooked Pork is 68degrees Celsius).

Air fryer

  •  Preheat Air fryer to 180 degrees for 5minutes.

  •  Add the Pork schnitzel to the tray

  •  Cook schnitzel for approximately 10 minutes turning halfway

  •  Let rest for 3 minutes.

  • Serve and enjoy!
    (Safe internal temperature for cooked Pork is 68degrees Celsius).
