Please note that random parts will be given, with two options available: Shank End and Butt End.
The Shank End (located at the shank end of the ham) is ideal for those who desire the appearance of a smaller leg of ham. The shank end contains more bone, and the hock can be used to make pea and ham soup.
The Butt End (the top half of the ham) boasts more tender, fattier meat, offering a richer flavor. However, it does contain a T-shaped bone that can be somewhat challenging to carve around.
Product is chilled and never been frozen.
